Innovative young minds

Innovation is a crucial thing to the continuing success of any organisation or the country. It enables youths to think big and come up with ideas that would help them individually and provide a sustainable economy. The innovation week which started on Wednesday,26th february,2020 at Multimedia University, highlighted how to assist the government of Kenya to achieve the big four agenda. Due to technological era, big brains create ideas on the innovation sector that helps in saving energy, creating employment and many others. Some of these ideas are, making a Simple solar home system that takes energy direct from the sun, Portable fruit waste Bio-digester, Wind and solar energy comprehensive utilization test device among others. According to Dr Frank Stevens the host of the programme, innovation is fruitful both to the country and an individual and that most universities becomes a target for innovation programmes because here is where young minds are generated,young people who are yearning for a better future with development. Innovation can be helpful if it’s given a chance.
