Multimedia University’s fifth innovation week held from the 26th of February, 2020 did prove beyond any doubt that there are several ideas and methods that can be brought forth to combat many challenges that the universe faces.
This time round there was a display of different inventions by students and many other outsiders who had an interest in this year’s innovations.They also include speakers who give talks on the positivity of technology and stressed on the importance of making yourself ready for the market and artificial intelligence.
The most important thing that I picked out of this innovation week from everyone that had a chance to showcase whatever they had was on the continued production and keeping in mind issues of environmental conservation. A concept that was referred to as eco-innovation.
This involved talks on improved sorting processes for waste materials into groupings such as construction wate,household, industrial, electrical and electronic wastes.
Innovative building products that reduce environmental impact and/or support a rational use of natural resources was also discussed under this topic.
Sorting, reuse and recycling of construction and demolition waste was suggested as the way to go . Innovative water systems including water saving, re-use of natural waters, rainwater collection.
Legal minds
