Businesses around the world usually have their estimation of sales dependent on seasons and time. A visit to Tembo Grill Bar and Restaurant in Ongata Rongai proves this.
A glimpse at their sales per week of some of the favorite drinks sold to their customers has given us some figures that is a representation of the consumption rate of their products.
The business at a normal pace, that is without any interference from the market forces depicts a good sale towards the weekend as shown in the table below. As a recreational facility, many people visits occasionally when the weekend jets in as they are now free from their jobs or errands.
During the start of the week the sales are steady but not as good since not so many people visits them.
In my pie chart we take a look at two days where on Monday there is high sales in energy drinks as compared to any other drink they offer. On Friday, it’s a clear indication that many people go for the alcoholic drinks to relax since most weekends are occasioned with parties and entertainment activities.
